Refund Policy

Exchanges
We accept exchanges which are returned in a clean, re-sellable condition, with all tags and labelling intact. All exchanges need to be received by us within 14 days.
Please keep your proof of postage when returning items, which is paid for by the consumers. Also, send us an email at hello@kiiwiibikini.com when you're ready to send your item so we can provide you with the returns address.

Please contact us if you need to send a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
